Foldim is published by Noimon Techni Sole Shareholder Co. P.C. (Intelligent Art), Platonos 7, 15234 Chalandri, Greece. Contact: info@intelligentart.eu.
No account, no ads. Foldim does not ask for your name, email or location, and shows no advertising.
Anonymous usage data. To learn which boards are fun and which are too hard, Foldim sends anonymous play events to PostHog, an analytics service that stores them in the EU on our behalf. An event says things like which kind of board was opened or solved, its dimension, how many hints were used, how long it took, which tab was opened, and whether the Pro screen was viewed or a purchase started. Each event carries a random ID created on your device, the app version, the Android version, the phone model, the language, and an approximate location (country and city) worked out from your IP address. The IP address itself is not kept. You can switch this off at any time in Foldim under You > Settings > Share anonymous usage data.
Your progress stays on your phone. Solved boards, streaks and settings are saved only on your device. If you have turned on Android backup, Android may copy this data to your own Google account under Google's terms. We cannot see it.
Purchases. Foldim Pro is sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card details. To know whether Pro is active on your device, the app uses RevenueCat, a service that processes purchases on our behalf. RevenueCat receives a random app user ID created on your device, your purchase details (product, date, receipt) and basic device information such as the Android version and country. This is used only to unlock and restore Pro and to prevent fraud, and it is sent encrypted. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Sharing. When you tap Share, the text or image goes only where you choose to send it.
Children. Foldim is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices. Uninstalling Foldim deletes its data from your device. To ask us to delete purchase records or usage data linked to your random ID, write to info@intelligentart.eu. You can also manage purchases and subscriptions in Google Play.
If this changes, we will update this policy and the date above.
